| Day 1 |
The Advanced Open Water Course start every day at 09.30 am. You will arrive on Koh Tao at 10.00 am. So you will starting your course the day after arrival.
On day you will spend the morning working through 2 of your question / answer papers and practicing skills on the beach before you go into the water such as how to use your compass!
At 11.45 am. You will break for lunch and return at 12.45 pm ready to go on the dive boat for your first 2 dives. Your first 2 will be Navigation and 1 Elective dive. The dive boat will return a around 4.30 pm. And your will be finish up around 05.00 pm.

Day 2
|
Day 2 will start at 07.30 am. Where you will meet your instructor and get ready to go on the dive boat for 2 more dives. These dives will be deep and 1 elective dive. The boat will return around 11.30 am. And you will break for lunch.
In the afternoon you will meet your instructor at 01.30 pm. To finish off the question / answer papers and fill in your log books. You will be finished at around 04.00 pm.
As night dives are as very popular choice, we run night dives on every other night, so you will do this dive on one of the 2 days, however this dive is not compulsory, you choose another if you wish. The night dives leave at around 06.00 pm. And return at around 08.00 pm.

Course Content:
Classroom work : 1 question / answer paper for each of the 5 dives.
Water work : 5 adventure dives, Each dive is exploring a different aspect of diving. You must complete a deep dive (30m.) and a navigation dive. You ma choose the other 3 dives from a selection given to you by your instructor, including Night diving, Naturalist, Search and Recovery, Photography and many more. |
