RATES:
All rates quoted are net per person in Thai currency and are subject to change according to market fluctuation if necessary.
BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION:
Full payment must be received by CS.&S INTER TRAVEL within 5 working days of confirmation otherwise booking will be canceled. Booking either by fax or e-mail is compulsory for all service arrangements. Name lists of clients together with arrival details are to be sent as early as possible in order to secure confirmation. Enquiries and / or reservation for services featured in this tariff are to be made at our office:

PAYMENT:
Full payment must be settled prior to clients arrival or any option date given upon reservation, unless credit facility and/or specific terms and agreement has been made in advance, otherwise all reservations will be cancelled automatically. Payment can be made by Swift transfer pay-in to our Bank Account as follows:

GUIDES:
All services, which included the guides, as mentioned in the programs will be provided with qualified English speaking guides. Other foreign language-speaking guides can also be arranged on request. In this case will occur extra charges, please contact.
TAXES:
Rates quoted are exclusive of government taxes. International airport tax and domestic airport tax (for some routing) is not included in quotations.
ENTRY VISA:
Please ensure that your passengers are in possession of a valid passport and visa. Visa is obtainable at any Thai Embassy or consulate abroad. The Thai government allows people of 57 different nationalities to enter the country without a visa for 30 days at no charge (please check).
INSURANCE:
All vehicles used by the tour operations are insured in accordance with our laws. However, we would advise your clients to be covered by a comprehensive Holiday Travel Insurance.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
The purchased are non-refundable. The refund issues will be considered by our company case by case and all refunds will be made in the same currency as payment was made and cancellation fees will be charged as per the actual expenses incurred. No refund or reduction will be made to any member of GROUP/F.I.T. who breaks the journey form the itinerary or any part of the itinerary.
LIABILITY:
In case of force majeur (Act of God, fire, nature, military actions, the decisions of government, strikes, etc.) CS.&S Inter Travel is not bond to fulfill its obligations.
Programs or services may be amended in order to suit travelers requirements. Services may also depend upon the weather and conditions of geographical area.
CS.&S Inter Travel is not liable for cases of misconduct by traveler nor any changes in schedule or delay of transports, losses of luggage, money, jewelry and other incidents. But CS.&S Inter Travel will do everything possible for elimination of the conflict and render the traveler possible help.
